Following a tough but fabulous read-through by members who attended the meeting last Wednesday evening, we are pleased to report that after much deliberation, casting can now be announced for our October production of\u00a0Season’s Greetings<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, which opens at The Alexandra Hall<\/em> in October.<\/p>\n

Season’s Greetings<\/em><\/strong> is a play that was written in 1980 by British playwright Alan Ayckbourn<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Juliette Harrison<\/strong> will direct the often farcical, black comedy\u00a0about four days in the life of a dysfunctional family. Starting on Christmas Eve, the play is set in an average English suburban household.<\/p>\n

New additions to the cast include Ryan Hutchings<\/strong> and Mark Campbell<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

They join returning members Roy Moore<\/strong>, Keith Hartley<\/strong>, Alex Parker<\/strong>, Mark Higgins<\/strong>, Janet Denne<\/strong>, Rose Bayley<\/strong> and Sue McGeehan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Rehearsals start next week and tickets will be available for you to book and reserve online, by email or telephone soon.<\/p>\n

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who came along to the read-through and if it was your first time coming along to meet us, we do hope that you will return and try out for out next production in February.<\/p>\n

Backstage roles will also be available for Season’s Greetings<\/strong> <\/em>so please feel free to come along on Wednesday 30th August<\/strong> at 8pm<\/strong> as your support and help will be invaluable and hugely appreciated.<\/p>\n
